Platja de l’Illa Roja
The beach of Illa Roja belongs to the municipality of Begur and is part of the Camino de Ronda.
It is characterized by being presided over by a rocky islet of a reddish color that gives name to the cove.
It is known internationally and deservedly as one of the most photographed landscapes of the Costa Brava and is one of the most emblematic coves on the Begur coast.
It is flanked by a huge rock wall where the ring road rises.
