Catalonia increases for 22.4% of total spending by foreign tourists in Spain
Foreign tourists who visited Catalonia in October 1459 spent millions of euros, 4.8% more than the expenses incurred in the same month last year, according to the Tourist Expenditure Survey (Egatur ) INE.
In the first ten months of the year, foreigners have left 15,407 million, 3.6% more than in the same period last year. The average daily expenditure of foreigners was 176 euros, 20.2% more than in October 2015. Until October, Catalonia has absorbed 22.4% of total expenditures by foreigners who have visited the state.
